9. MADE-AFTER-ORDER PRODUCTION

Certain MOURVANE™ products may enter production after an order is placed.

This means the item may not be sitting in finished inventory at the time of purchase.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Carrier delays

• Customs

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

10. SHIPPING

Shipping times shown on mourvane.com are estimates.

MOURVANE™ is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

11. LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
